I provide counselling for people who are in distress or experiencing emotional problems, as well as those seeking a greater sense of fulfillment.

I completed my training at WPF Therapy which is recognised as one of the leading counselling and psychotherapy training organisations in the UK and has a reputation for clinical and academic excellence. I have been practising as a counsellor in private practice in Hammersmith and Kensington for the past 8 years. I have provided counselling in Primary Health Care in a London GP Surgery so I have experience of working with clients who may use medication in addition to a talking cure to improve their mental health.
I am committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with individuals over the age of 16 on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and live it more fully.

I am experienced with clients who have difficulties such as:
  • depression, bereavement, loneliness, feelings of emptiness, futility or emotional numbness
  • low self-esteem, lack of confidence or under-achievement
  • relationship difficulties in your personal and/or work life
  • stress, confusion, self-doubt, indecisiveness, lack of concentration
  • anxiety, sleep disturbance, bad dreams, psychosomatic symptoms, chronic fatigue
  • difficulty coping with loss or change such as end of a relationship, miscarriage, redundancy, job change
  • destructive patterns of behaviour, addictions, lack of control
  • anger, irritability, guilt
  • sexual difficulties, sexuality, pregnancy, termination
  • cultural issues

    My counselling practice is in Shepherds Bush, W12, West London, within a few minutes walk of Shepherds Bush tube station on the Central line and Goldhawk Road and Shepherds Bush Market stations on the Hammersmith and City and Circle lines. There are numerous buses to and from Kensington, Notting Hill, Fulham, Holland Park and the West End such as the 94 and 49. London Transport has a travel information line 0207 222 1234 if you need advice regarding the best routes. My consulting room is on the first floor. Unfortunately, I have no lift nor any disabled access.
